Target Information
Dynactin 3은 22~150 kD 크기의 10개 서브유닛으로 구성된 다이낵틴 복합체의 가장 작은 서브유닛을 암호화하는 유전자입니다.
Dynactin은 미세소관 및 세포질 dynein과 결합하며, ER-to-Golgi 수송, 리소좀 및 엔도좀의 중심 이동, 방추체 형성, 세포질분열, 염색체 이동, 핵 위치 조절, 축삭 형성 등 다양한 세포 기능에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 주로 α-나선 구조이며, 다이낵틴의 가장 큰 서브유닛(p150)에 직접 결합합니다.
대체 스플라이싱으로 두 가지 전사 변이가 생성됩니다.
