Target Information
PDE4A8는 고환 생식세포 특이적 PDE4A 변형체입니다. Rat 고환에서 두 가지 PDE4A 변형체(PDE4A8 및 76 kDa 미확인 PDE4A 단백질)가 확인되었습니다. 정자 형성과정 동안 다양한 PDE4 효소가 세포 분화 단계에 따라 발현되며, 각기 특화된 기능을 수행합니다. 공초점 현미경 분석 결과 PDE4A8은 1차 및 2차 정자세포에서 존재하지만 성숙한 정자에서는 발견되지 않았습니다. PDE4A8 억제는 생식세포의 세포자멸사 증가와 성숙 정자 수 감소를 초래합니다.
