Target Information
Skp2 (S-phase Kinase-associated Protein 2)는 Cyclin A-Cdk2 복합체와 상호작용하는 F-box 단백질 계열에 속합니다. Skp2는 변형된 세포와 이배체 섬유아세포 모두에서 G1-S 전이에 필수적입니다. 생화학적 및 유전적 실험을 통해 Skp2가 p27의 유비퀴틴화 및 분해에 필요함이 입증되었습니다. 정상 조직에서는 편도와 태반에서 발현되며, 종양 조직에서는 대장, 전립선, 췌장, 피부암 등 다양한 암에서 광범위하게 발현되고, 폐, 유방, 난소, 자궁내막암에서 높은 수준으로 나타납니다. 연구에 따르면 Skp2는 림프종 및 유방암의 발병 과정에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
