Product Specific Information
This antibody reacts to the Fc region of mouse IgG2a.
No cross-reactivity with mouse IgG1, IgG2b, IgG2c, IgG3, IgM, IgA, IgE, human IgG, or rat IgG.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Most commonly, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species. They can be further purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to generate highly specific reagents.
