Target Information
RHBDF2 regulates ADAM17 protease, a sheddase of epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor ligands and TNF. Plays roles in sleep, cell survival, proliferation, migration, and inflammation. Does not exhibit protease activity on its own. [UniProt]
