Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.
After reconstitution, keep aliquots at -20°C for higher stability, and at 4°C with an appropriate antibacterial agent.
Glycerol (1:1) may be added for additional stability. Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles.

LC3B (Autophagy Marker Light Chain 3B, MAP1A/MAP1B LC3 B) in humans is encoded by the gene MAP1LC3B (Microtubule-associated proteins 1A/1B light chain 3B).
LC3B is associated with microtubule assembly and plays an important role in neurogenesis and autophagy.
Autophagy is a process involving the degradation of cytoplasmic components through formation of autophagosomes that fuse with lysosomes.
LC3B may be involved in cancer, aging, metabolic and neurodegenerative disorders, as well as cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases.
