Target Information
CD49f (Integrin alpha-6, ITGA6)는 인테그린 알파 체인 단백질로, 인테그린은 알파 및 베타 체인으로 구성된 세포막 단백질 복합체입니다.
Alpha 6는 beta 4와 결합하여 TSP180 인테그린을 형성하거나, beta 1과 결합하여 VLA-6을 형성할 수 있습니다.
이 단백질들은 세포 부착 및 세포 표면 신호전달에 관여하며, 세포 형태, 이동성, 세포주기 진행 등에 영향을 줍니다.
Integrin/ECM 상호작용은 성장인자 신호전달과 통합되어 세포 증식, 세포골격 재조직화 및 생존에 필요한 반응을 조절합니다.
CD49f는 주로 상피세포에서 발현되며, hemidesmosome의 구조적 역할을 담당합니다.
포유류에서 18개 이상의 알파 및 8개의 베타 서브유닛이 확인되었으며, 다양한 스플라이스 변형체가 존재합니다.
일부 인테그린은 용해성 리간드나 인접 세포의 ICAM(세포 간 부착 분자)과 결합하여 세포 응집을 유도할 수 있습니다.
