Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step. (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)
Target Information
NEU1 is a lysosomal enzyme that cleaves terminal sialic acid residues from glycoproteins and glycolipids.
It forms a heterotrimeric complex with beta-galactosidase and cathepsin A (protective protein).
Mutations in the NEU1 gene can lead to sialidosis.
