EasyPure® Bacteria Genomic DNA Kit는 lysozyme과 중간 강도의 lysis buffer를 사용하여 세균 세포를 용해합니다. Proteinase K로 단백질을 분해하고 RNase A로 RNA를 제거합니다.

고염 조건에서 DNA가 실리카 기반 컬럼에 선택적으로 결합하며, 저염·고 pH 용액을 사용하여 DNA를 용출합니다. 그람양성 및 그람음성 세균에서 고품질 genomic DNA를 추출하는 데 적합합니다.

추출된 DNA는 다음 실험에 사용할 수 있습니다.
