Target Information
Thrombopoietin (TPO, THPO, MPL ligand, megakaryocyte colony-stimulating factor)은 거핵세포 계열로 분화된 조혈세포에 작용하여 혈소판 생성을 유도합니다.
TPO는 수용체 MPL (CD110)에 결합하여 JAK/STAT, MAPK, PI3K/AKT 신호 경로를 활성화시키며, 이는 거핵세포의 증식과 분화를 촉진하여 최종적으로 혈소판(Thrombopoiesis)을 생성하게 합니다.
