The Restek Ultra IBD column is a polar-embedded stationary phase designed for versatile HPLC separations. Acting as a strong hydrogen bonder, it offers exceptional retention and selectivity for acidic compounds while maintaining symmetrical peak shapes for strong bases.
This column is compatible with 100% aqueous mobile phases and can be used under reversed-phase or HILIC conditions, enabling retention of very polar and ionic compounds in highly organic mobile phases.
