Ion SingleSeq™ GX 101-196 Kit

The Ion SingleSeq GX 101-196 Kit is designed for low cell number input library construction prior to low-pass genome sequencing and detection of copy number events.
Requiring as little as 6 pg of DNA from a single cell or input from multiple cells, this kit includes reagents to extract, amplify, and barcode genomic DNA for preparation of libraries from up to 96 samples.
