ARL4A (ADP-ribosylation factor-like 4A)는 GTP 결합 단백질 계열인 ADP-ribosylation factor 패밀리에 속합니다.
ARL4A는 ARL4C 및 ARL4D와 유사하며, 핵 내 이동 신호(nuclear localization signal)와 높은 구아닌 뉴클레오타이드 교환율(guanine nucleotide exchange rate)을 가지고 있습니다.
이 단백질은 세포의 핵 및 비핵 구획 모두에서 발견됩니다. 동일한 단백질을 암호화하는 여러 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
