Target Information
STK32A (serine/threonine kinase 32A), also known as YANK1, is a 396 amino acid protein belonging to the superfamily of serine/threonine protein kinases. It exists as three isoforms and is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 5. This chromosome is associated with Cockayne syndrome (ERCC8 gene), familial adenomatous polyposis (APC gene), and Treacher Collins syndrome (TCOF1 gene mutations).
