• Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
• Store reconstituted solution at 4°C for up to 1 week.
• For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
• Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

Na⁺/H⁺ exchangers 1–6 (Na⁺/H⁺ antiporters, NHE-1–6) are integral membrane proteins expressed in most mammalian tissues, regulating intracellular pH and cell volume.
NHEs mediate secondary active extrusion of hydrogen ions (H⁺) in exchange for extracellular sodium ions (Na⁺).
Except for NHE-1, which is ubiquitous, NHE-2–6 show tissue- and cell type-specific expression and are differentially inhibited by amiloride analogs.
