Invitrogen™ MegaScript™ T7 Transcription Kit Plus

The MegaScript™ T7 Transcription Kit Plus provides all reagents and buffers necessary for in vitro synthesis of large amounts of RNA. Each 20 μL reaction yields an average of 100 μg RNA, and the scaled-up protocol yields up to 1 mg RNA. This kit supports full or partial modified-nucleotide substitution to produce modified RNA and co-transcriptional capping with cap analogs for capped RNA suitable for translation.

사용 목적

Requires a linearized DNA template with a T7 RNA polymerase promoter to generate >5 mg/mL RNA. MEGAscript kits are intended for producing large amounts of unlabeled or low-specific-activity RNA for applications such as:

• Transfections
• Preclinical mRNA therapeutic studies
• Microinjections
• In vitro translation
• RNA structure and function analysis

Note: This kit does not create capped RNA necessary for translational studies and is not recommended for synthesis of high-specific-activity probes.
