Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.

HSP60은 샤페로닌(chaperonin) 계열 단백질로, 미토콘드리아 내에서 새로 수입된 단백질의 접힘과 조립에 필수적입니다. 또한 선천 면역계에서 신호 전달 분자로 작용할 수 있습니다. 이 유전자는 관련 가족 구성원과 인접해 있으며, 두 유전자 사이 영역은 양방향 프로모터로 기능합니다. 여러 가성유전자가 이 유전자와 연관되어 있으며, 동일 단백질을 암호화하는 두 전사 변이가 확인되었습니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 상염색체 열성 경직성 하반신마비 13을 유발할 수 있습니다.
