tRNA-guanine transglycosylase (TGT; EC 2.4.2.29)는 queuosine(Q)을 합성하며, tyr, asn, asp, his 코돈을 인식하는 tRNA에 존재합니다.
Prokaryotic TGT는 43 kD 단백질 하나로 구성되며, mammalian TGT는 60 kD 서브유닛(USP14; MIM 607274)과 43 kD 촉매 서브유닛(QTRT1)으로 이루어진 heterodimer입니다.
