Invitrogen™ Mini Blot Module

The Mini Blot Module is a wet transfer device designed exclusively for use with the Mini Gel Tank.
Each tank accommodates one blot module per chamber, or two blot modules total in a side-by-side layout.

This module is compatible with all Invitrogen mini gels (blot size: 8.5 cm × 8 cm) and allows one mini gel per wet transfer.
The universal connection and molded gasket enable easy setup, while the inner core design reduces the required methanol-based transfer buffer to 250 mL per gel.

At recommended conditions and constant voltage, proteins can be efficiently transferred to nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes in approximately 30–60 minutes.
