Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as confirmed by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
RPGRIP1 may function as a scaffolding protein. It is required for the normal localization of RPGR at the connecting cilium of photoreceptor cells, for proper disk morphogenesis and organization in the outer segment, and for photoreceptor cell survival.
