Target Information
ANT1/2/3/4 (SLC25A4, SLC25A5, SLC25A6, SLC25A31)는 미토콘드리아 운반체 서브패밀리에 속하는 용질 운반 단백질 유전자입니다. 해당 단백질은 미토콘드리아 매트릭스에서 세포질로 ADP를 이동시키는 게이트형 통로로 작용합니다. 또한, 미토콘드리아 투과성 전이공 복합체(PTPC)의 기능에 관여하여 세포사멸(apoptosis)을 유도하는 미토콘드리아 생성물의 방출을 조절합니다. 인간 게놈에는 이 유전자의 비전사성 위유전자(pseudogene)가 여러 개 존재합니다.
