Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The ERBB2 (neu/HER2) oncogene is a key predictor of patient outcomes and therapeutic responses in breast cancer.
C35 (C17orf37) is a novel tumor biomarker highly expressed in breast cancer. It is located on chromosome 17q12, approximately 505 nucleotides from the 3′ end of the ERBB2 oncogene—the target for trastuzumab (Herceptin) therapy.
The genes encoding C35 and ERBB2 are arranged tail-to-tail. The ORF 37 open reading frame encodes a 12-kDa protein of unknown function.
