Target Information
Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 마우스 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화정제 항체입니다. 이러한 2차 항체는 표적 단백질의 검출, 분류, 정제에 유용하며, 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)과 함께 사용될 수 있습니다. 또한 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 민감도 향상을 제공합니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성되며, 친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절단, 라벨 결합 등의 추가 정제 및 변형 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 갖습니다.
