MA5-17783 항체는 FACS, IHC(F), IHC(P) 응용에서 CD5/Ly-1을 타겟으로 하며, 마우스 시료에 반응성을 보입니다.
이 항체의 면역원은 마우스 흉선 또는 비장입니다.
Target Information
CD5는 67 kDa의 인간 T-림프구 단일사슬 막단백질로, 모든 성숙 T-림프구, 대부분의 흉선세포, 다수의 T세포 백혈병 및 림프종에서 발현됩니다. 또한 활성화된 B세포의 일부에서도 반응하며, T세포 증식 조절에 관여하는 수용체로 작용할 수 있습니다. CD5는 흉선세포의 약 95%, 말초혈 림프구의 약 72%에서 발현되며, 림프절에서는 주로 T세포 영역에서 강한 반응성을 보입니다.
CD5 기능 이상은 흉선암 및 Richter 증후군과 관련이 있습니다.
