Target Information
XRCC6 (Ku70)은 약 70 kDa 및 80 kDa의 두 서브유닛으로 구성된 핵 복합체로, 단일가닥 DNA 의존성 ATP-의존성 헬리케이스로 기능합니다.
이 복합체는 비상동 말단 연결(nonhomologous end joining, NHEJ) DNA 복구, 전위(transposition), V(D)J 재조합 등 이중가닥 절단 복구 과정에 관여할 수 있습니다.
일부 전신홍반루푸스(SLE) 환자에서 p70 및 p80에 대한 자가항체가 높은 수준으로 검출된 바 있습니다.
