Target Information
CD35 (CR1, Complement Receptor 1)는 세포막에 결합된 단량체성 당단백질로, 보체 시스템의 주요 구성 요소인 C3b 및 C4b의 세포 수용체 역할을 합니다.
이 단백질은 활성화된 보체 입자 및 면역 복합체에 대한 세포 결합을 매개하며, 면역 복합체 처리, C3b 복합체 결합 및 식작용 촉진, 보체 활성 억제에 관여합니다.
CD35는 호중구, 호산구, 단핵구, B세포, 일부 NK세포, 적혈구, 골수성 백혈병 세포, 여포 수지상 세포에 존재하며, 호염기구에서는 음성입니다.
CD35 발현 감소 또는 유전자 변이는 담낭암, 사구체신염, 전신성 홍반루푸스, 사르코이드증과 관련이 있습니다. 또한 Plasmodium falciparum 감염에 대한 보호 효과와 관련된 변이도 보고되었습니다.
CD35 유전자는 다양한 동형이체를 암호화하며, 분비형 형태도 보고된 바 있습니다.
