Target Information
TTK는 SPK1, PIM1, CDC2 serine/threonine kinase와 밀접한 관련이 있는 serine/threonine kinase입니다. TTK는 tyrosine도 인산화할 수 있는 dual-specificity kinase로, catalytic subunit과 constant regulatory subunit으로 구성된 공통 heteromeric core enzyme을 포함합니다. Constant regulatory subunit A는 catalytic subunit과 variable regulatory B subunit의 조립을 조정하는 scaffold 역할을 합니다. TTK는 constant regulatory subunit A의 alpha isoform을 암호화하며, alternative splicing된 transcript variants가 보고되었습니다.
