Fluo-4 Dye Characteristics

Fluo-4 is a derivative of Fluo-3, optimized for excitation at 488 nm and providing higher fluorescence intensity upon calcium binding. Its ready-to-use format simplifies experimental preparation and ensures consistent results.

Neuro Background Suppressor

Formulated specifically for neuronal cells, this reagent effectively reduces background fluorescence while maintaining specific cellular fluorescence signals. It is also compatible with various cell types.

Probenecid Component

The kit includes a proprietary, water-soluble probenecid to inhibit cellular transport processes and minimize baseline fluorescence, improving assay sensitivity.
