Target Information
UCK1은 uridine 및 cytidine을 각각 uridine monophosphate(UMP)와 cytidine monophosphate(CMP)로 인산화하는 효소입니다.
deoxyribonucleosides 또는 purine ribonucleosides는 인산화하지 않으며, ATP 또는 GTP를 인산 기증체로 사용할 수 있습니다.
또한 여러 cytidine 및 uridine 유도체(예: 6-azauridine, 5-fluorouridine, 4-thiouridine 등)를 인산화할 수 있습니다.
