Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시, 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
Formalin-fixed 조직의 염색에는 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0)에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 전처리가 필요합니다.

C1QB는 인간 complement subcomponent C1q의 주요 구성 성분입니다.
C1q는 C1r 및 C1s와 결합하여 혈청 complement system의 첫 번째 구성 요소를 형성합니다.
C1q 결핍은 lupus erythematosus 및 glomerulonephritis와 연관되어 있습니다.
C1q는 18개의 폴리펩타이드 사슬(6개의 A-chain, 6개의 B-chain, 6개의 C-chain)로 구성되며, 각 사슬은 N-말단 근처의 collagen-like 영역과 C-말단 globular 영역을 포함합니다.
A-, B-, C-chain은 염색체 1에서 A–C–B 순서로 배열되어 있습니다.
