Target Information
PDE2A (phosphodiesterase 2A)는 100 kDa의 cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase로, PDE2A1, PDE2A2, PDE2A3의 세 가지 아이소폼이 알려져 있으며, 이들은 하나의 유전자로부터 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 생성됩니다. PDE2A는 cAMP와 cGMP를 모두 분해할 수 있으나, cGMP 분해 효율이 더 높습니다. 주로 뇌(소뇌, 신피질)에 많이 발현되며, 음경 발기부전 및 내피 세포 장벽을 통한 체액 및 염증세포 이동 조절과 관련이 있습니다.
