Target Information
CRSP는 다양한 조직에서 발현되는 다중 단백질 복합체로, 9개의 개별 서브유닛으로 구성됩니다. CRSP150은 효모 Rgr1과 유사하며, CRSP70은 신장 인자 TFIIS와 유사합니다. CRSP77과 CRSP150은 생쥐 매개 복합체 단백질과 관련이 있고, CRSP130과 CRSP34는 생쥐 또는 효모 단백질과는 관련이 적습니다.
CRSP 서브유닛은 SREBP 및 핵 호르몬 수용체와 직접 결합하여 전사를 촉진하는 ARC/DRI 복합체 및 활성화된 전사를 억제하는 NAT 복합체와도 연관됩니다.
