Target Information
Albumin은 약 65–67 kDa의 단량체 단백질로, 혈청 단백질의 약 절반을 차지합니다. Human Serum Albumin (HSA)은 혈장 내 가장 풍부한 단백질로, 약 20일의 반감기를 가지며 스테로이드, 지방산, 갑상선 호르몬 등의 운반체 역할을 합니다. 또한 세포외액의 삼투압 조절에 기여하며, 수분 및 다양한 이온, 호르몬, 빌리루빈, 약물과 결합할 수 있습니다. Albumin은 간에서 합성되며, pre-pro-albumin 형태로 생성된 후 N-말단 펩타이드가 제거되어 분비됩니다.
