DSB-X Biotin은 desthiobiotin의 안정한 전구체 유도체로, 7개의 원자 스페이서를 통해 streptavidin 또는 avidin의 깊은 결합 포켓에 효율적으로 결합할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 일반적인 biotin-avidin 복합체는 해리 시 강한 조건이 필요하지만, DSB-X Biotin은 중성 pH와 실온 조건에서 D-desthiobiotin 또는 천연 D-biotin을 첨가하여 쉽게 해리할 수 있습니다.
Target Information
Anti-Rat 2차 항체는 Rat 면역글로불린에 특이적으로 결합하는 친화정제 항체로, 검출, 분류, 정제 등 다양한 응용에 활용됩니다. HRP, AP, 형광 등의 다양한 검출 시스템과 호환되며, 다수의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 높일 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 목표 종의 면역글로불린 풀로 면역화하여 생산되며, 추가적인 정제 및 표지 과정을 거쳐 높은 특이성과 재현성을 제공합니다.
