Target Information
TYRO3 (tyrosine-protein kinase receptor TYRO3)는 세포외 기질로부터 여러 리간드(TULP1, GAS6 등)를 결합하여 세포 내로 신호를 전달하는 수용성 티로신 키나제입니다.
세포 생존, 이동, 분화 등 다양한 생리적 과정을 조절하며, 리간드 결합 시 TYRO3는 이합체화 및 자기 인산화를 통해 하위 신호 전달 분자의 도킹 부위를 제공합니다.
활성화 후 신경 보호, 혈소판 응집, 세포 부착, 세포골격 재조직화 등 다양한 과정에 관여합니다.
