Product Specific Information
Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed):
- Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues, heat sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
Immunoglobulins consist of heavy and light chains. Overproduction of the IgG gamma heavy chain can lead to disease, typically affecting older adults and resembling malignant lymphoma. Some individuals may remain asymptomatic despite overproduction.
