Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of mouse targets. Secondary antibodies provide versatility for various detection systems such as HRP, AP, or fluorescence and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification. Typically, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, or conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
