This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits, followed by screening to select the best production candidates.

Target Information
IL4 Receptor alpha (IL4RA) is the alpha chain of the interleukin 4 receptor that binds to both interleukin 4 and interleukin 13 to regulate IgE production, chemokine, and mucus production at sites of allergic inflammation. The IL4 response promotes Th2 differentiation.
The secreted extracellular domain, sIL4R alpha, can inhibit IL4-mediated cell proliferation and IL5 upregulation by T-cells but has no signaling abilities.
Allelic variations in the IL4RA gene have been associated with atopy, including allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, asthma, and eczema.
