Target Information
CTCFL (CCCTC-binding factor-like) is a paralog of CTCF and is primarily expressed in the cytoplasm of spermatocytes. It is normally expressed in a mutually exclusive pattern that correlates with the resetting of methylation marks during male germ cell differentiation.
