This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. Antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
TNF beta (Tumor Necrosis Factor beta) is a cytokine produced by lymphocytes. It is highly inducible, secreted, and forms heterotrimers with lymphotoxin-beta to anchor lymphotoxin-alpha to the cell surface.
TNF beta mediates diverse inflammatory, immunostimulatory, and antiviral responses, contributes to secondary lymphoid organ formation during development, and plays a role in apoptosis.
Genetic variations are associated with susceptibility to leprosy type 4 and psoriatic arthritis.
