Invitrogen™ IGF-1R Human ProcartaPlex™ Simplex Kit
The ProcartaPlex Human IGF-1R Simplex Kit measures the level of total IGF-1R in cell lysates. It is designed to be combinable with other Simplex kits, allowing you to create your own multiplex panel utilizing Luminex™ xMAP technology for protein detection and quantitation.
When combining multiple Simplex kits (i.e., when not using a pre-configured Multiplex Panel), only one buffer kit (sold separately) is required per assay plate regardless of plex size.
