Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin)은 Type I transmembrane protein으로, 인간 혈관 내피세포에서 높게 발현됩니다. O- 및 N-glycosylated homodimer 형태로 존재하며, 종양 혈관 및 증식 세포에서 발현이 증가하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 이는 증식 관련 내피세포 마커로 간주됩니다. CD105는 TGF beta 1 및 3과 높은 친화도로 결합하지만 TGF beta 2에는 결합하지 않습니다.
