Invitrogen™ Guanidine Thiocyanate는 초순도 분자생물학 등급의 시약으로, 검출 가능한 뉴클레이스(nuclease) 및 프로테이스(protease) 활성으로부터 자유롭습니다.
강력한 단백질 변성제로서, guanidinium 양이온과 thiocyanate 음이온은 모두 혼란 작용(chaotropic agents)을 나타냅니다.
본 제품은 500 g 단일 병으로 제공되며, RNase 활성이 높은 조직(예: 췌장)에서 RNA를 분리할 때 특히 권장됩니다.
