For use when assay sensitivity is of utmost importance, Megaplex™ PreAmp Primers significantly enhance the ability to detect low-expressed microRNAs. This enables the generation of a comprehensive expression profile using far less sample, as little as 1 ng of total RNA.
With content matched to the Megaplex™ RT Primers, the Megaplex™ PreAmp Primers, Human Pool Set v3.0 is designed for use with the Megaplex™ RT Primers, Human Pool Set v3.0. Following reverse transcription using Megaplex™ RT Primers, the Megaplex™ PreAmp Primers together with the TaqMan® PreAmp Master Mix uniformly amplify all microRNAs prior to quantitation by real-time PCR using TaqMan® Array MicroRNA Cards.
