Target Information
BTLA (B and T-lymphocyte attenuator)는 CD28 초가족에 속하는 면역억제 수용체로, 림프구의 면역 반응을 억제하는 역할을 합니다.
BTLA는 대부분의 CD4+ 및 CD8+ T 세포에서 지속적으로 발현되며, T 세포 활성화 시 점차 감소합니다.
Th1 세포에서는 발현이 유지되지만 Th2 세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
BTLA는 HVEM (Herpesvirus Entry Mediator)과 상호작용하여 림프구 활성화 및 항상성 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
