Nuclear receptor coactivator that can enhance preferentially estrogen receptors ESR1 and ESR2 transactivation.
Modulates also progesterone (PGR), glucocorticoid (NR3C1), and androgen (AR) receptors transactivation, although at lower levels; little effect on vitamin D receptor (VDR).
