Target Information
Dystrophin은 X 염색체 Xp21에 위치한 DMB/BMD 유전자의 427 kDa 단백질 산물입니다. Western blotting 및 immunohistochemistry는 근육 생검에서 dystrophin 발현 이상을 검출하는 확립된 방법입니다. Dystrophin 이상은 DMD/BMD 환자의 100%에서 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 유전적 이상은 약 65%의 경우에서만 검출됩니다.
