Target Information

RDH10은 all-trans retinol로부터 all-trans retinal을 생성하며, 시각 주기(visual cycle)에 중요한 역할을 합니다. retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)이 빛에 노출될 때 retinal G protein-coupled receptor (RGR; MIM 600342)에 의해 all-trans retinal이 11-cis retinal로 이성화됩니다.
