For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Granzyme B (GZMB) is a serine protease found in cytotoxic T cells and NK cell granules. It plays a key role in inducing apoptosis in target cells by cleaving caspase-3 and initiating the caspase cascade. Granzyme B can also activate mitochondrial apoptosis pathways via Bid protein cleavage. It is essential for immune-mediated cytotoxicity and is a marker of activated cytotoxic lymphocytes.
