Western blot, 면역현미경 및 파라핀 절편 면역조직화학(IHC (P))에서 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
Western blotting 시 비특이적 결합 차단을 위해 우유는 사용하지 마십시오(케라틴 함유). 대신 bovine serum albumin 사용을 권장합니다.
